HCLSoftware, the software business division of HCLTech, announced its intent on September 28, 2026, to acquire Robotiq.ai, a Croatia-based provider of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, for an enterprise value of €9 million. This strategic acquisition is designed to integrate Robotiq.ai's RPA capabilities directly into HCLSoftware's HCL UnO Agentic orchestration and automation platform. The primary objective is to significantly expand HCL UnO Agentic's capacity to automate tasks within enterprise applications, particularly those where traditional Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) are either unavailable or insufficient.
